This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead and manage the assigned market(s), focusing on growth strategies and initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with Area Clinic Managers and Clinic Managers to formulate and implement growth strategies while monitoring progress.
• Create annual and strategic business plans.
• Partner with executive leadership to discuss strategies and performance outcomes.
• Drive growth to meet or exceed regional budgets, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President.
• Analyze growth metrics and operational results to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Recognize market improvement areas and create, implement, and manage strategies, objectives, and resource plans.
• Plan and lead regular growth meetings and events.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to develop and execute market-wide budgets and manage expenditures.
• Stay informed about market conditions, competition, and industry best practices and trends.
• Hold Business Development Managers accountable for their performance.
• Build partnerships and contractual arrangements with healthcare institutions and local Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Organize teams based on market demands, opportunities, and segments.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the organization while operating within a matrix structure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or significant relevant experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a driving record that adheres to Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Preferred 8 years of clinician experience, not including residency.
• Preferred 5 years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire others.
• Skill in developing and executing strategies.
• Excellent influencing and leadership capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to make organizational decisions regarding resources and investment for growth.
• Extensive experience with contracts and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in budget management and data analysis.
• Expertise in business and strategy development.
• Knowledge of hospital/system cost structures.
• Ability to interpret market dynamics and referral requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of financials and capacity to assess proposed investments and ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational products and services and immediate competitors.
• Ability to engage at the C-suite level in healthcare institutions and establish partnerships and contracting opportunities.
• Capability to organize teams according to market requirements.

• Keep the patient as the focal point of all actions.
