This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive the achievement of financial results within the region by effectively executing and governing operational practices.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to meet or exceed operational KPIs.
• Lead the integration of nationally designed service delivery models and processes, identify opportunities for innovation, and address any performance gaps.
• Ensure the health and well-being of clients and staff through adherence to policies, risk management, and facility oversight.
• Guarantee compliance with contracts, accreditations, and legislative/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Area/Clinic Managers, national operations, and corporate partners to fulfill contractual and business objectives.
• Define and achieve regional targets in collaboration with the Vice-President of Operations.
• Engage with, connect with, lead, develop, and motivate Clinic/Area Managers and team members.
• Foster team member experiences, talent retention, role clarity, and leadership development.
• Implement regional engagement initiatives and action plans effectively.
• Navigate changes necessitated by centralization initiatives.
• Ensure consistently exceptional client experiences and timely access to services.
• Address client concerns in collaboration with Clinic/Area Managers and business partners.
• Engage local communities through sponsorships and social media content relevant to the area.
• Identify opportunities for service provision and stakeholder engagement to drive revenue growth and operational enhancements.
• Support the development of local private acute referrals and partnerships.
• Achieve contractual KPIs throughout the region.
• Identify potential acquisition targets for referral to Corporate Development.
• An undergraduate degree in Health, Business, or Health Administration, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a general operational management role within a service-oriented organization.
• Ideally, experience in a senior management position within a healthcare organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operating units or sites effectively.
• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, set goals, and hold staff accountable.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills that align with organizational objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills with staff, corporate management, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Decisiveness and accountability for outcomes.
