This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture trusted, effective relationships with customers and partners, providing guidance on the selection of the best solutions.
• Sustain the customer network through consistent on-site visits and active involvement in workshops and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Consulting, Product Management, and regional teams.
• Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to after-sales, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Accountable for tender management, which includes creating and managing proposals, analyzing and evaluating tenders, coordinating across departments, managing deadlines, and communicating with the customer.
• Represent Brainlab with a professional and innovative demeanor to customers, competitors, and internal stakeholders.
• A degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, along with an independent and structured working style, and a strong customer focus.
• Proven experience in the sales of capital equipment.
• Leadership or management experience is a plus.
• A keen interest in healthcare, medical technology, and innovation.
• High willingness to travel (up to 80%).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in both French and English.
