This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Overseeing the implementation of the comprehensive business strategy for the area to surpass targets and objectives.
• Formulate a strategic approach for your region informed by analytical insights.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with retail store partners and product collaborators in your territory.
• Ensure that merchandising and displays are executed accurately.
• Provide training and education to stores on various products, services, and systems.
• Drive sales and revenue growth.
• Assist in managing inventory requirements and planning processes.
• Aid in troubleshooting VIDAPAY technical challenges.
• Advocate for the products and services available in your area.
• Identify and target new retail store opportunities.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time within the assigned area.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is an advantage.
• Ability to execute area initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated sales experience in a multi-store environment.
• Capacity to influence key decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
