This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Establish and nurture reliable, productive relationships with customers and partners, providing guidance on the selection of optimal solutions.
• Present Brainlab with a polished and innovative image to customers, competitors, and internal stakeholders.
• Sustain the customer network through frequent on-site visits and active involvement in workshops and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Customer Consulting, Product Management, and regional teams.
• Execute sales-preparatory and sales-support activities, particularly in proposal development, customer communication, and process coordination.
• Engage in the full sales cycle with a strong emphasis on consulting, needs assessment, and solution demonstration, while contract finalizations are managed centrally by the VP Sales.
• Manage tender processes, including preparing and overseeing proposals, analyzing and assessing tenders, coordinating various departments, meeting deadlines, and liaising with the customer.
• Guarantee a superior customer experience through organized support across all sales-related initiatives.
• A completed degree in business, engineering, or IT.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, a self-sufficient and organized work approach, and a strong customer orientation.
• Proven experience in the sale of capital equipment.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• A keen interest in healthcare, medical technology, and innovation.
• High willingness to travel (up to 80%).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in German at a native level, with fluency in French and English.
