This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive sales of The House of Rohl products across various customer segments.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets, display objectives, and implement annual business plan strategies.
• Cultivate business relationships with current Authorized showroom sales staff, management, and ownership.
• Identify new business opportunities with non-authorized kitchen and bath dealers, plumbing wholesalers, distributors, builders, plumbers, and designers.
• Establish and nurture connections within the specification community, including Architects, Designers, Builders, and the Hospitality Sector.
• Act as a primary point of contact for resolving territory-related issues.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably involving engagement with interior designers, architects, luxury kitchen & bath showrooms, builders, and/or plumbers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to assess market conditions and competitive landscape and formulate strategic responses to capitalize on opportunities.
• Valid driver's license along with current auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Flexible to accommodate non-standard hours to optimize business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Nice to Have).
