Architect – Full-Time (Temporary)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the thorough development of the architectural project, which encompasses:

• Architectural design

• Formulation of the architectural concept

• Creation of floor plans for every level

• Development of sections and elevations

• Preparation of the site plan

• Design of the roof plan

• Comprehensive 3D modeling of the residence

• Perspectives and renderings to aid project progression

• Technical organization of all documentation

• Executive design and construction documentation

• Development of all components necessary for construction execution, including but not limited to:

• Stairs

• Roof

• Swimming pool

• Retaining walls and boundary walls

• Flooring

• Claddings and finishes

• Ceilings

• Joinery and carpentry

• Fenestration including window and door systems

• Kitchen

• Bathrooms

• Lighting

• Exterior arrangements and landscaping

• Construction details

• Definition of materials and finishes

• Technical coordination

• Assist in the development and coordination of the project with various disciplines, specifically:

• Structural engineering

• Water and sewage (plumbing)

• Electrical systems

• HVAC

• ITED and telecommunications infrastructure

• Home automation (domotics)

• Energy systems

• Other essential specialties

• Upon project completion, the following must be delivered:

• All editable AutoCAD files (.DWG), properly organized

• Complete 3D model of the residence

• Specification manual detailing all materials, finishes, and equipment

• Detailed bill of quantities and quantity takeoff

• Systematic organization of all documentation into folders, layers, and standardized naming conventions.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD

• Demonstrated experience in 3D modeling

• Background in residential projects

• Excellent capability in technical detailing

• Highly organized

• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely

• Preferred skills: SketchUp

• Revit (BIM)

• Enscape

• Lumion

• Twinmotion

• Excel

• Understanding of coordination between disciplines

• Experience in producing highly detailed executive and construction drawings
