Archibus Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and tailor Archibus modules to align with business needs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into Archibus configurations.

• Develop and sustain Archibus Web Central applications, reports, dashboards, and workflows.

• Integrate Archibus with external systems (e.g., HR, ERP, IWMS, IoT platforms).

• Execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for performance optimization.

• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution of Archibus-related issues.

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the Archibus environment.

• Collaborate closely with implementation consultants and end users to guarantee successful delivery of Archibus projects.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training resources.

• Lead testing, deployment, and change management initiatives concerning Archibus implementations.

• Keep abreast of Archibus product updates and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Archibus development and administration.

• In-depth knowledge of the Archibus data model and modules (e.g., Space Management, Maintenance, Real Estate, Asset Management).

• Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular), SQL, XML, and the Java-based Web Central framework.

• Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as Dojo or React.

• Experience with AutoCAD integration and CAFM/BIM workflows.

• Familiarity with reporting tools (Archibus Smart Client, Analytics dashboards).

• Knowledge of web technologies and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
