Arborist, Foreman

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Operating and driving a bucket truck

• Leading a team of 2 to 3 individuals

• Manually removing vegetation from designated work areas

• Utilizing various forestry machinery

• Conducting line clearance, pruning, and tree removals

⛳️ Requirements

• Current and valid CDL A or B with Air Brake endorsement preferred

• Prior experience in the Tree Industry with a demonstrated safety record

• Minimum age of 18 years and possession of a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

• Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions

• Physically capable of fulfilling the job's requirements

• Willingness to learn how to operate a bucket truck up to 75 ft. high and all equipment safely

• Eagerness to acquire skills for climbing trees using appropriate tools

• Commitment to obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and certifications for career advancement (expenses covered by Lucas Tree Experts)

• Ability to successfully pass a post-offer physical exam and drug screening, along with a background and motor vehicle check

• Must maintain a clean safety record
