This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Review and enhance machine-translated content for customer service, including help articles, user interface strings, and internal support documentation.

• Ensure precision, clarity, tone, and contextual relevance in Arabic (UAE).

• Uphold consistency in terminology, style, and meaning throughout the content.

• Implement feedback to facilitate ongoing quality enhancement.

• Complete assignments using a Translation Management System (TMS).

• Collaborate with Project Managers as necessary to clarify project expectations.

• Native proficiency in Arabic (UAE) along with strong English language skills.

• Experience in translation, localization, or translation quality evaluation.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Capability to work independently in a digital environment.

• Prior experience with a Translation Management System (TMS) is advantageous.

• Successful completion of required assessments is essential.
