AR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the billing-to-cash collection process for designated customer accounts

• Keep track of accounts receivable aging balances

• Collaborate with customers to address and resolve overdue balances

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success and Sales teams

• Assist in billing operations and enhance invoicing procedures

• Navigate through intricate customer billing systems

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing

• Proficient in Excel

• Highly organized

• Comfortable communicating over the phone

• Confident and calm under pressure
