Aptitude Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live educational sessions covering both beginner and advanced aptitude subjects.

• Assist students in gaining confidence while tackling quantitative problems through mental math techniques.

• Evaluate student performance and identify areas of concern such as conceptual misunderstandings, slow calculation speeds, misreading questions, or anxiety during tests.

• Create targeted strategies to address individual student challenges.

• Enhance curriculum, projects, assessments, and classroom experiences based on student results, feedback from hiring partners, and industry standards.

• Guide students through sessions aimed at resolving doubts, assessments, and preparation for interviews.

• Support students in boosting their aptitude-screen performance at leading agencies and brands.

• Instruct on strategies for selecting questions in timed tests, including which questions to tackle, which to skip, and which to guess.

• Assist students in cultivating structured analytical and quantitative thinking skills.

• Collaborate with industry professionals to challenge assumptions, address business problems, and create learning experiences grounded in fundamental principles.

• Develop question sets, perform post-mock evaluations, and redesign ineffective training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–8 years of practical experience in teaching, training, or preparing students for aptitude tests.

• Capability to instruct students with no mathematical background without presuming prior knowledge.

• Experience in creating original question sets that incorporate intentional traps.

• Ability to think diagnostically to uncover root causes from patterns in student errors.

• Skill in simplifying complex concepts for novice learners.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• A strong desire to continuously learn and enhance one's skills.
