This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will engage in thrilling large-scale projects throughout the DACH region, crafting training concepts and corresponding modules for our software products.
• You will organize and conduct train-the-trainer sessions as well as end-user training.
• You will offer practical insights and assist participants in utilizing our software effectively.
• You will develop and refine training and presentation materials.
• You will collaborate closely with project management, our ORBIS process managers, and application specialists.
• You will consistently improve our training offerings.
• You will integrate feedback from training sessions to uphold a high standard of quality and ensure sustainable learning outcomes.
• You are an IT enthusiast who enjoys exploring complex subjects.
• You possess a solution-oriented mindset, adept at finding the right approach even when faced with challenging issues.
• You have exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex topics and inspiring participants.
• Ideally, you have prior experience in project management or adult education.
• You are communicative, a team player, and eager to take on responsibilities.
• You are highly willing to travel (approximately 80%), both within Germany and Austria.
• Proficient in written and spoken German, with good command of written and spoken English.
