This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Create, develop, and continually enhance foundational and advanced training programs that encompass Claude, the Anthropic API and developer platform, best practices in prompting, and integration methodologies.
• Produce slide presentations, hands-on labs, quick-reference materials, certification evaluations, and recorded content.
• Organize content utilizing instructional design methodologies to promote retention and influence behavior change.
• Update training materials as Anthropic introduces new Claude models and platform features.
• Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions for internal delivery teams, partners, and clients.
• Customize enablement for business users, developers, and solution architects.
• Demonstrate Claude functionalities, APIs, prompting strategies, and integration methods; address technical inquiries.
• Offer office hours and provide follow-up technical assistance.
• Oversee and advance NewRocket’s internal Anthropic certification initiative.
• Create assessments that evaluate applied competencies.
• Monitor certification statuses, completion rates, and training effectiveness; report findings to practice leadership.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify areas needing enablement.
• Collect learner feedback and refine content accordingly.
• Travel as required to client locations, offsite events, and conferences, with an estimated travel commitment of up to 30%.
• Over 3 years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• Solid technical background with APIs and integrations.
• Practical experience with Claude or similar LLM platforms, sufficient to instruct and troubleshoot effectively.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering tiered 101 and 201 training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation abilities in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong skills in instructional design.
• Anthropic Certified Trainer credential, or a commitment to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.
