This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Facilitate training programs for the French and Spanish teams.
• Create and modify training materials, tools, and logistics for various audiences, including sales teams, healthcare professionals, and channel partners.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions across clinical, commercial, and product-related areas tailored to the local market.
• Partner with others to customize global or regional training materials to reflect cultural, regulatory, and language differences while upholding brand and instructional standards.
• Recognize emerging trends in the med tech industry to maintain the relevance and innovation of training content.
• Evaluate learner needs and progress through observation, feedback, and assessments to identify any learning gaps.
• Work collaboratively with sales operation managers, clinical leaders, field teams, instructional designers, and country/regional commercial leaders to align training with business objectives and market demands.
• A Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in training delivery, field education, sales enablement, or clinical instruction, ideally within the med tech, pharma, or another regulated industry.
• Experience in delivering training to a variety of audiences, including sales teams, healthcare professionals, and/or distributor networks.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and adapt training to local market and cultural contexts.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective training techniques.
• Proficient in delivering clear, engaging, and motivating training sessions to a diverse audience.
• Adaptable in modifying training methods to accommodate different learning styles, audiences, and market conditions, including new hires, product teams, and clinical stakeholders.
