Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in thrilling large-scale projects throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) while developing training concepts and relevant training modules for our software solutions.

• Plan and execute train-the-trainer sessions alongside end-user training programs.

• Provide practical, hands-on expertise and assist participants in effectively utilizing our software.

• Design and revise training and presentation materials to enhance learning experiences.

• Collaborate closely with project management, our ORBIS process managers, and application specialists.

• Continuously enhance our training offerings by integrating feedback from sessions, ensuring high-quality and sustainable learning outcomes.

• You are a passionate IT enthusiast who enjoys exploring intricate topics.

• You adopt a solution-oriented mindset and navigate challenges effectively.

• You possess outstanding communication skills, capable of clarifying complex subjects and motivating participants.

• Ideally, you have prior experience in project management or adult education.

• You are sociable, a team player, and eager to take on responsibility.

• You are highly willing to travel (approximately 80%), both within Germany and Austria.

• Proficient in German and possess good English skills, both in writing and speaking.
