Apprentice – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the apprenticeship program centered on administrative operations.

• Organize and maintain files.

• Provide support at the reception desk.

• Dispatch documents as needed.

• Develop and refresh spreadsheets.

• Assist in the registration of new companies.

• Aid in audit and reimbursement procedures.

• Prepare basic reports and tracking documents to facilitate the team's activities.

• Support operational tasks related to the onboarding of new companies, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines.

• Take part in activity and process evaluations aimed at ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in or have completed high school; being enrolled in higher education is also acceptable.

• Must be currently enrolled in high school, in line with applicable Young Apprentice regulations.

• Prior experience is not necessary; familiarity with administrative tasks is an advantage.

• Work schedule must comply with the Young Apprentice contract and related legal standards.

• Basic proficiency in Excel, including the use of simple formulas, filtering, and sorting functions.

• Understanding of fundamental administrative procedures.

• Must be organized and focused on results.

• Demonstrates commitment, a desire to learn, and a willingness to acquire new skills.

• Responsible with a punctual and reliable attendance record.

• Possesses teamwork skills.
