Apprentice – HR Technology Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Gain insight into how HR technology facilitates essential HR processes

• Assist in the renewal process for HR applications

• Observe and aid in initiatives aimed at optimizing HR processes

• Help document both current and future HR workflows

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of standard HR reports and dashboards

• Offer basic assistance to HR team members and end-users regarding inquiries related to HR technology

• Support various HR technology projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a similar field

• Strong enthusiasm for HR technology and data

• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn

• Strong organizational abilities

• Effective communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)

• Basic understanding of databases or data reporting concepts
