This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Engage with candidates daily through LinkedIn and other platforms using tailored messages.
• Manage incoming responses and maintain a DAILY inbox zero.
• Quickly qualify candidates via chat and conduct brief calls when necessary.
• Schedule qualified candidates onto our calendars.
• Monitor, categorize, and update every lead within Airtable / ClickUp.
• Utilize automated outreach systems alongside manual follow-ups to maintain high response rates.
• Ensure rapid response times, as this is essential.
• Report directly to our Head of Fulfillment.
• Meet KPIs regarding response time, booked calls, and qualified conversations.
• Maintain clean pipelines: no ghosted leads or disorganized statuses.
• Comprehend candidate intent, availability, and expectations prior to booking.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Interview Managers to align daily tasks.
• Propose minor process enhancements to streamline outreach and improve efficiency.
• Experience in ecommerce, recruiting, staffing, or appointment setting (preferred).
• Comfortable with daily outreach and managing numerous conversations.
• Excellent written English skills, as you will be messaging candidates throughout the day.
• Well-organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Familiar with tracking leads and adhering to established systems.
• Proficient with CRM tools (experience with Airtable / ClickUp is advantageous).
• Ability to act swiftly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Confident in engaging in warm, natural conversations.
• Ownership mindset - you take initiative without waiting for direction.
• Collaborate directly with rapidly growing DTC brands around the globe.
• Acquire knowledge in modern recruiting and high-performance outreach methodologies.
