This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Assess "incoming clients" and identify potential clients to refer to sales managers.
• Handle incoming leads/applications (MQL) and evaluate them for budget and requirements for our product (SQL).
• Arrange a video meeting with the sales manager if the lead meets the criteria.
• Perform initial telephone outreach/cold calling to prospective customers.
• Input customer information into HubSpot CRM.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the role of SDR / Appointment Setter (first-line managers).
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM: at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
• The most recent year of sales experience must have been conducted exclusively in English.
• Employment under an official contract with a company registered in the USA.
• Potential for progression to SDR Team Leader or Account Executive / B2B Sales.
