This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate sales opportunities through prospecting, website inquiries, databases, cold-calling, and various promotional tactics.
• Arrange and conduct virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Create and deliver engaging sales presentations highlighting the company's products and services.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions within the company's CRM system.
• Monitor customer reorders and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Relay customer and prospect product challenges to relevant departments.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer challenges and enhance offerings.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
• Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) with outstanding communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in sales, with a solid history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
• Self-driven with a results-focused mindset and a proactive approach.
• Tech-savvy, skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
