Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with enterprise engineering teams to ensure the effective adoption of Devin and take ownership of customer outcomes.

• Design and implement agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product teams.

• Facilitate live workshops and pair-programming sessions for enterprise engineering teams.

• Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and optimization of Devin, DeepWiki, and MCP integrations.

• Engage in pair programming on live production issues to illustrate high-value usage patterns.

• Monitor productivity metrics, highlight ROI stories, and advocate for the expansion of Devin within accounts.

• Transform practical insights from the field into structured playbooks and best practices.

• Develop enablement materials and shared playbooks derived from customer insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in roles such as software engineer, technical consultant, deployment strategist, forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or similar positions.

• Proficient in coding with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or related languages.

• Capable of conveying complex technical subjects to varied audiences.

• Proven track record of promoting technical adoption and achieving measurable results within engineering organizations.

• Strong business acumen with an understanding that successful engagements contribute to account growth.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• Experience in leading developer enablement, platform adoption, or internal AI modernization efforts is a plus.

• Background in deploying or integrating LLM or agent-based systems in production is an advantage.

• Experience in a startup environment is beneficial.
