Applied AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Identify high-impact AI use cases rooted in genuine client workflows.

• Quickly prototype AI-driven solutions utilizing LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, and integration platforms.

• Transition prototypes into production-quality tools within enterprise settings.

• Develop and oversee internal BTS AI tools and workflows through the Customer Zero initiative.

• Design and implement agentic systems, MCP server integrations, RAG pipelines, and tailored enterprise tools.

• Conduct hands-on AI training for both technical and commercial audiences.

• Facilitate workshops that yield functional AI prototypes.

• Create workshops and simulations that address prompt engineering, agentic workflows, responsible AI practices, and AI-enhanced decision-making.

• Present sessions to senior partners and consultants at leading professional services firms.

• Develop demonstrations and interactive experiences tailored for non-technical leaders.

• Formulate AI adoption strategies linked to revenue enhancement, cost transformation, workforce efficiency, and capability development.

• Perform AI readiness diagnostics and workflow evaluations.

• Create frameworks to assess the impact of AI adoption on P&L, productivity, and capability growth.

• Assist with proposals, client presentations, and market entry strategies.

• Assess emerging models, tools, and architectural patterns while contributing to BTS’s perspective on applied AI.

• Proficient in at least one area of building, teaching, or consulting, with a genuine talent for the others.

• Builder profile: proficient in Python, comfortable using LLM APIs, and experienced in delivering software utilized by actual users.

• Builder profile: capable of engaging with clients and translating technical work into terms understandable by a CFO.

• Builder profile: interested in business challenges, with experience leading workshops, presenting to stakeholders, or training colleagues.

• Consultant profile: background in consulting, professional services, or client-facing technology roles.

• Consultant profile: comprehension of how large enterprises purchase, adopt, and resist changes.

• Consultant profile: skillful in designing workshops, facilitating discussions with senior leaders, and crafting persuasive proposals.

• Consultant profile: experienced in building prototypes and writing code.

• Knowledge of how AI systems are developed.

• Ability to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

• Workflow-oriented mindset towards AI adoption and behavior modification.

• Comfort with ambiguity.

• Openness to advocate for methods while adjusting perspectives based on evidence.
