Applications Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Address support inquiries from property managers, community managers, and corporate personnel from initiation to resolution utilizing ServiceNow.

• Diagnose issues across platforms including Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, and SmartRent.

• Identify root causes of software-related problems.

• Manage the setup, modification, and removal of Yardi user access in collaboration with HR and property operations.

• Elevate issues to software vendors and ensure they are resolved.

• Conduct testing of software updates prior to release and assess their readiness.

• Record solutions in tickets and knowledge base articles.

• Highlight recurring issues across various properties.

• Assist in onboarding new properties, property sales, and data cleanup initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of support processes for a newly formed technology team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with property management software systems such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar.

• Experience managing support requests within a ticketing or help desk system like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshworks.

• A systematic approach to troubleshooting.

• Effective and friendly communication with individuals at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Preferred: Practical experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or ServiceNow.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent, or Yardi CRM IQ and Compliance Manager.

• Preferred: Background in software testing or release validation.

• Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
