📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to enhance revenue and expand market presence for Electrical Calibration, RF Calibration, and Calibration Software Solutions throughout Europe.

• Discover and cultivate opportunities in pivotal sectors such as semiconductor, aerospace & defense, national metrology institutes, and calibration laboratories.

• Assist in significant customer interactions concerning precision measurement systems, electrical calibration, RF technology, calibration services, and metrology solutions.

• Work alongside the Sales Director and internal teams to synchronize sales strategies and product positioning.

• Serve as a technical and commercial ally to European distributors, providing support during customer visits, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of technical experience in roles such as product engineer, application management, product manager, technical sales manager, or key account manager within the test & measurement sector, ideally in metrology, semiconductor, or defense & aerospace.

• The perfect candidate holds a degree and possesses a robust background in electronics, metrology, calibration laboratories, or a similar technical field.

• Familiarity or expertise in electrical calibration, multifunction calibration, RF calibration, or precision measurement systems.

• Demonstrated success in navigating complex sales cycles.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
