This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Create technical proposals for engineered upgrades in water treatment projects.

• Design enhancements for membrane filtration equipment.

• Collaborate with vendors to confirm designs and secure quotes for upgrade initiatives.

• Analyze customer specifications and engineering blueprints.

• Identify potential technical risks and formulate mitigation plans.

• Engage directly with customers and consulting engineers.

• Work alongside Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams.

• Promote continuous improvement of tools and processes.

• Innovate membrane filtration solutions tailored for municipal and industrial clients.

• Assess technical requirements and guide upgrade projects from concept through to execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related field of Engineering.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in engineering design, programming, field support, technical customer assistance, or a comparable role.

• Proficient in conducting equipment design calculations related to process equipment.

• Proven track record of successful interaction and problem-solving with external water treatment clients in Municipal or Industrial sectors.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Must not have any legal restrictions preventing travel between the United States and Canada.

• A valid passport is required.
