This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and achieve response times as per service level agreements.
• Diagnose software problems, including issues related to network connectivity and software errors.
• Address queries from end-users and fulfill training requests.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of software functionalities and updates.
• Effectively communicate with customer stakeholders.
• Operate independently with the ticketing system, product documentation, and customer inquiries to set priorities and make decisions.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and enhance the knowledge base.
• Manage configuration of customer systems.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to assist in testing before software launches.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Preferred experience and/or knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Understanding of internet and web applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective phone manners.
• Energetic, confident, self-driven, and a true team contributor.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent customer demands.
• Proven ability and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Adaptable, personable, positive, proactive individual with an open and honest communication style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
