
Application Support Liaison, PACE, Rx Kiosks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the main liaison between business units and technical support teams.
• Ensure that application support services and engineering solutions align with user expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to address urgent, business-related incidents.
• Deliver clear, non-technical status reports to business stakeholders during service interruptions.
• Evaluate support ticket trends to pinpoint systemic operational challenges.
• Collect business feedback to enhance application usability and support services.
• Oversee application modifications and communicate their impacts and expectations.
• Conduct onsite visits to client premises or regional offices.
• Offer hands-on troubleshooting and technical assistance to end-users during site visits.
• Monitor software usage to identify user pain points, workflow bottlenecks, and system inefficiencies.
• Build trust, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction as the visible representative of IT.
• Discover opportunities to automate business support processes.
• Coordinate business preparedness and hypercare support for new application rollouts.
• Maintain updated business-facing support documentation and training resources.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in healthcare IT application support or systems analysis.
• At least 1–2 years of direct support experience with a PACE organization or extensive work with specialized PACE EHR software.
• Technical knowledge of Automated Prescription Kiosks such as ARxium, StatSafe, and/or ESI.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and terminologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues as strategic business impacts to executive audiences.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to change.
• Self-motivated, driven, and focused on teamwork, action, and results.
• Capable of managing stress and prioritizing multiple issues in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
