Application Support Engineer, Oracle AHCS/ARCS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational support and foster continuous enhancements across the Oracle Finance Cloud landscape.

• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the Oracle Superledger ecosystem.

• Assist in critical financial close operations while upholding operational excellence throughout Finance applications.

• Work in close collaboration with Finance and IT teams.

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for various Oracle services.

• Diagnose journal creation failures, accounting rule complications, and financial processing errors.

• Conduct proactive health checks and pinpoint production issues.

• Collaborate efficiently with Finance, Accounting, and Integration teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in ERP Application Support.

• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud Financial applications.

• Practical experience with Oracle AHCS and/or Oracle ARCS.

• Background in supporting Finance production environments.

• Strong comprehension of month-end financial close processes.

• Experience in managing production incidents in critical business systems.

• Proficiency in supporting Oracle Finance integrations.

• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes.

• Experience working within global support teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification is preferred.

• Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud certification is desirable.

• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
