This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Take charge of managing and resolving platform and product-related issues for customers independently.
β’ Perform thorough investigations, reproductions, and troubleshooting of reported problems.
β’ Communicate issues and insights effectively to Mendix R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success Managers.
β’ Work autonomously to resolve customer issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
β’ Prioritize daily responsibilities according to the severity of the problems and their impact on the business.
β’ Set and maintain clear customer expectations by following Service Level Agreements.
β’ Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ Demonstrated communication abilities, both written and spoken.
β’ Strong capabilities in problem-solving.
β’ Technical expertise in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
β’ Familiarity with integration concepts including APIs and web services.
β’ Understanding of relational databases (SQL) and public Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
