Application Specialist / Consultant – Clinical Workstation Systems, Hygiene and Infection Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent setup, configuration, commissioning, and handover of our ORBIS infection management solutions at client locations.

• Leading initial meetings and collaborative working groups, assessing internal processes, and customizing the IT system to align with clinic workflows.

• Organizing and following up on project-specific meetings, training sessions, and customer workshops.

• Assuming leadership responsibilities for subprojects.

• Conducting current state analyses and establishing target-state concepts.

• Developing conceptual documentation.

• Collaborating with project management, support teams, and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of hospital infection management processes.

• Ideally, prior professional experience in clinical hygiene and infection management, such as a hygiene specialist.

• Experience in project management.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• An affinity for utilizing modern IT and organizational tools.

• A confident and outgoing demeanor in customer-facing situations.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• A passion for project work and a strong sense of teamwork.

• Languages: Proficiency in both German and English.
