Application Solution Engineer – Oracle Fusion ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in the worldwide implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP across various regions.

• Design, configure, and deploy scalable ERP solutions.

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders, architects, and implementation teams.

• Conduct solution design evaluations and determine technical feasibility.

• Execute fit-gap analyses between Oracle's standard capabilities and business requirements.

• Create and enhance reporting utilizing OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Establish integration strategies and supervise implementations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.

• Develop and implement test plans for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

• Enforce role-based access controls.

• Organize deployment activities across different regions.

• Track system performance and suggest enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, Procurement, Projects).

• In-depth knowledge of global business processes, compliance, and software lifecycle management.

• Practical experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud or comparable middleware.

• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional BI.

• Understanding of Cloud & SaaS fundamentals, along with performance monitoring and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with personalization and extension tools (Page Composer, Application Composer with Groovy, Sandbox Framework, Visual Builder Studio).

• Experience with the Security Console for role-based access and segregation of duties.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to function effectively in a global, cross-functional setting.

• Self-motivated, independent, and dedicated to ongoing improvement.

• Practical experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.2 (Preferred).
