Application Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve mastery over intricate software applications, integrations, and reports along with their application within the clinical research sector.

• Collaborate with new clients to thoroughly grasp their existing business processes and workflows while aiding in the implementation of technological solutions.

• Map current workflows into future application workflows utilizing process flow charting.

• Create and employ use cases to analyze, define, and document business requirements and application scenarios.

• Offer guidance to internal stakeholders regarding customer enhancement requests.

• Liaise with other internal teams as needed to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) essential for supporting new and ongoing customers.

• Assist in addressing technical RFP inquiries for potential customers.

• Cultivate a strong relationship with the customer project team to ensure successful implementation.

• Advise customers on best practices for integrating Advarra technology solutions into their research operations environment.

• Collaborate closely with the implementation project manager to guarantee timely delivery of all milestones.

• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare technology (clinical research experience is preferred).

• Exceptional analytical thinking abilities.

• Excellent client communication skills.

• Strong oral presentation capabilities.

• Familiarity with EDC, EMR/EHR, and various clinical trial information systems.

• In-depth knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMSs) and overall clinical research processes.

• Preferred Subject Matter Expert status in eClinical solutions such as eRegulatory, eSource, and eConsent.

• Understanding and experience in integrating a CTMS with other common systems (e.g., EMR, EDC, EMPI).

• Knowledge and experience with operational and regulatory reporting serving clinical research.

• Comprehension of clinical research finances.
