This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver advanced support for eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Brainspace.
• Tackle intricate technical challenges in partnership with Systems, Storage, and Network Engineers.
• Improve the security, reliability, and performance of applications through consistent updates, vulnerability remediation, and ensuring system uptime.
• Execute upgrades and other maintenance activities during designated maintenance windows in compliance with change management procedures.
• Oversee and manage technology platforms including SQL, RabbitMQ, and Elastic, covering configuration, installation, and patching.
• Create and execute SQL scripts for report generation and data manipulation within eDiscovery databases.
• Address ticket escalations, manage tickets to resolution, consistently update ticket statuses, adhere to ticket hand-off protocols, and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation including FAQs, Knowledge Base articles, troubleshooting guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Mentor junior personnel and provide training to improve their skills in handling complex issues.
• React to critical alerts during business hours and after hours according to the established on-call rotation schedule.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or comparable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT or eDiscovery.
• Expertise in SQL, with strong capabilities in developing dynamic queries using T-SQL.
• Solid working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Skills in profiling and monitoring network, disk, SQL Server, and various infrastructure components.
• Practical understanding of information technology concepts, protocols, industry best practices, and ITIL processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones and regions.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as necessary for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
