Application Consultant – Image Guided Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide education, training, on-site guidance, and support to physicians and hospital staff.

• Carry out installations of new systems.

• Communicate effectively with clients to diagnose issues and perform adequate troubleshooting.

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and planning abilities: prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Initiate upgrade projects for current Brainlab systems.

• Market service contracts to existing Brainlab clients.

• Monitor and encourage customer engagement with products.

• Execute software updates.

• Participate in meetings and trade shows to showcase and promote products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, you have completed studies in Biomedical Engineering or possess a technical degree or equivalent qualification.

• Capable of self-planning, organizing, and executing all service-related activities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in both team settings and independently.

• Maintain a positive attitude and hands-on approach.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Fluent in English and Romanian.

• Must hold a valid driving license.
