Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and enhancements for designated low-complexity applications.

• Evaluate and determine the impact of requested modifications to business systems and platforms.

• Direct workflow design, configure and test system modifications, and investigate technical challenges.

• Formulate processes and procedures in collaboration with leadership and business teams.

• Generate and sustain technical and system documentation.

• Participate in peer design and code evaluations.

• Detect and resolve application issues impacting end users and other application teams.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and software vendor implementation teams.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance business workflows through technology solutions.

• Create, document, and engage in training sessions for end users.

• Resolve problems, address inquiries, and provide status updates.

• Offer end-user production support through issue-tracking systems.

• Review project and issue progress with project leadership.

• Collaborate across functions with project leadership, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders.

• Uphold and adhere to company Quality Management System policies and procedures.

• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of pertinent experience in place of a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery capacity.

• Proven ability to comprehend industry best practices.

• Excellent computer skills, including internet navigation and email proficiency.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Capable of performing essential duties with or without accommodations.

• Preferred: experience in configuring business systems software in life sciences, healthcare, or similar fields.

• Preferred: relevant Epic certifications, particularly Cheers, MyChart, and Care Everywhere.

• Preferred: professional working knowledge of healthcare or biotechnology.

• Preferred: professional working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.

• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends as required.

• Ability to travel between local Exact Sciences locations.

• Capacity to work on a computer and phone at the same time.

• Capability to utilize mobile devices, tablets, or computer screens and type for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
