Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and enhancements for applications of low complexity.

• Evaluate and determine the impact of proposed changes to the assigned business systems and platforms.

• Direct workflow design, configure and test system alterations, and investigate technical challenges.

• Collaborate with leadership and business teams to create and refine new processes and procedures.

• Generate and sustain technical and system documentation.

• Participate in peer design and code evaluations.

• Recognize and resolve application issues that affect application performance and other teams.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and software vendor implementation teams.

• Spot opportunities to enhance business workflows through technology solutions.

• Develop, document, and engage in training sessions for end users.

• Address problems and inquiries while providing status updates.

• Offer end-user production support through issue-tracking systems.

• Review project and issue progress with project leadership.

• Utilize problem-solving, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in a cross-functional matrix environment.

• Adhere to the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of pertinent experience in place of a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in developing or configuring technology solutions as an application analyst or in project delivery roles.

• Proven ability to grasp industry best practices.

• Strong computer proficiency, including internet navigation and email management.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Preferred active Epic certifications: Epic Prelude, Epic Identity, and Epic Eligibility (RTE).

• Experience in configuring business systems software within life sciences, healthcare, or similar industries is preferred.

• Capability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends as required.

• Ability to travel 5% of working time, which may include overnight/weekend travel.

• Capacity to travel between local Exact Sciences locations.

• Proficient in using a computer and phone simultaneously.

• Competence in utilizing a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen and typing for approximately 90% of a standard working day.
