Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and enhancements for applications with low complexity.

• Estimate and evaluate the impact of requested modifications to assigned business systems and platforms.

• Oversee workflow design, configure and test system alterations, and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Collaborate with leadership and business teams to develop processes and procedures.

• Generate and maintain technical and system documentation.

• Participate in peer design and code reviews.

• Detect and resolve application issues that affect end users and other application teams.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and software vendor implementation personnel.

• Identify opportunities to enhance business workflows via technology.

• Create, document, and conduct training sessions for end users.

• Troubleshoot issues, provide status updates, and deliver production support through issue tracking systems.

• Discuss project and issue status with project leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery capacity.

• Proven ability to comprehend industry best practices.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in internet navigation and email usage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Preferred: active Epic certifications, including Epic Prelude, Epic Identity, and Epic Eligibility (RTE).

• Preferred: experience in configuring business systems software within life sciences, health care, or a related field.

• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends as required.

• Ability to travel up to 5% of working time, potentially including overnight and weekend travel.

• Capability to work on a computer and phone concurrently.

• Ability to utilize mobile devices, tablets, or computer screens and type for approximately 90% of a standard workday.

• Availability and means to travel between local Exact Sciences locations.
