This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Engages in the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software code for business applications.
• Accountable for the implementation of the middle-tier and its integration with backend databases.
• Collaborates with technical personnel to comprehend software-related issues and formulates specifications to address them.
• Contributes to the creation of software user manuals.
• Develops test automation suites to guarantee the quality of products impacting guests.
• Designs, codes, performs unit tests, debugs, and documents the programs.
• Modifies software based on research findings and customer requirements.
• Prepares comprehensive specifications from which programs will be crafted, designed, coded, tested, and debugged.
• May liaise with users to cultivate business relationships and coordinate activities with other IT departments for successful implementation.
• Monitors and reports to management regarding the status of project initiatives, proactively identifying issues that may impede project goals and implementing corrective measures.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Generally, 2-5 years of directly relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Appian is mandatory.
• Expertise in multiple application development languages at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with various computer platforms and application environments.
• Proficient in developing multiple tiers of multi-tiered software applications.
• Skilled in designing programs and applications.
• Continuously enhances personal technical and business knowledge and skills, while mentoring others to elevate the team's knowledge and skills.
• Strong organizational or project management capabilities.
