App Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the company's operations and achieve results that are both reliable and measurable.

• Develop and enhance processes to ensure the business operates efficiently.

• Organize daily workflows to facilitate smooth operations and eliminate any friction.

• Lead projects across feature development and marketing with accuracy and significant impact.

• Effectively manage freelancers—setting clear expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving quality outcomes.

• Oversee support operations to maintain consistent standards and ensure quick issue resolution.

• Conduct regular quality assessments and initiate improvements when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with legal and data protection standards—leaving no loose ends.

• Own the product roadmap: define, implement, and monitor milestones.

• Translate business objectives into technical specifications while maintaining transparency with UX/UI, Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

• Analyze market data and competitive landscape to derive actionable insights.

• Drive planning for the backlog, prioritization, and feature rollout—always on schedule.

• Streamline deployment, quality assurance, support, and documentation through established SOPs.

• Monitor operational KPIs, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions swiftly.

• Utilize automation tools for consistent and reliable operations.

• Maintain dashboards and deliver concise, data-driven reports to stakeholders.

• Design and implement A/B tests to validate enhancements.

• Coordinate release strategies, bug triage, and ensure compatibility with operating systems.

• Support monetization strategies while exploring opportunities for retention and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or product management (experience with apps is a plus).

• A bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred.

• Exceptional command of English—knowledge of German or Russian is an advantage.

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results in your approach.
