App Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for company operations and achieve results that are consistent and quantifiable.

• Develop and enhance processes to guarantee the seamless functioning of the business.

• Organize daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and minimizing obstacles.

• Lead projects across feature development and marketing with accuracy and impact.

• Effectively manage freelancers—setting clear expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving quality outcomes.

• Supervise Support operations, ensuring adherence to consistent standards and prompt issue resolution.

• Perform regular quality audits and initiate improvements as needed.

• Ensure compliance with legal and data protection regulations—no loose ends.

• Take charge of the product roadmap: define, execute, and monitor milestones.

• Convert business objectives into technical specifications while maintaining transparency with UX/UI, Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

• Analyze market data and competitor activities to generate actionable insights.

• Drive backlog planning, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely feature rollout—always on schedule.

• Streamline deployment, quality assurance, support, and documentation through established standard operating procedures.

• Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks, and make necessary adjustments swiftly.

• Utilize automation tools for consistent and reliable operations.

• Maintain dashboards and provide clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders.

• Design and implement A/B tests to validate improvements.

• Coordinate release strategies, manage bug triage, and ensure compatibility with operating systems.

• Support monetization strategies and seek opportunities for retention or acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or product management (experience in applications is an advantage).

• A bachelor’s degree in business or management is preferred.

• Exceptional command of English—knowledge of German or Russian is a plus.

• Methodical, precise, and results-driven in your approach.
