This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Assume responsibility for company operations, delivering dependable and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and enhance processes to guarantee seamless business operations.
• Organize daily tasks to facilitate smooth workflows and minimize obstacles.
• Lead projects in feature development and marketing with accuracy and significant impact.
• Effectively manage freelancers by setting clear expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving quality results.
• Supervise Support operations to maintain consistent standards and prompt issue resolution.
• Conduct regular quality audits and implement improvements when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with legal and data protection regulations, leaving no loose ends.
• Own the product roadmap: define, implement, and monitor milestones.
• Convert business objectives into technical specifications while maintaining transparency with UX/UI, Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Analyze market data and competitive landscape to extract actionable insights.
• Manage backlog planning, prioritization, and timely feature rollouts.
• Optimize deployment, QA, support, and documentation with established SOPs.
• Track operational KPIs, identify potential risks, and make quick adjustments.
• Utilize automation tools to ensure repeatable and reliable operations.
• Maintain dashboards and deliver concise, data-driven reports to stakeholders.
• Design and implement A/B tests to validate process improvements.
• Coordinate release strategies, bug triage, and ensure compatibility with operating systems.
• Support monetization strategies and seek opportunities for retention or acquisition.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or product management (experience in apps is a plus).
• Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in business or management.
• Exceptional command of English; proficiency in German or Russian is advantageous.
• Methodical, precise, and result-driven in your approach.
