App Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the company's operations, ensuring results that are both reliable and measurable.

• Develop and enhance processes to guarantee the smooth functioning of the business.

• Structure daily workflows to promote seamless operations and reduce any friction.

• Lead projects related to feature development and marketing with accuracy and significant impact.

• Effectively manage freelancers by setting clear expectations, ensuring timely deliveries, and achieving quality outcomes.

• Supervise Support operations, maintaining consistent standards and quick issue resolution.

• Conduct regular quality audits and initiate improvements as needed.

• Ensure compliance with legal and data protection regulations—leaving no loose ends.

• Own the product roadmap by defining, executing, and tracking milestones.

• Convert business objectives into technical specifications while maintaining transparency with UX/UI, Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

• Analyze market trends and competition to derive actionable insights.

• Drive backlog planning, prioritization, and timely feature rollouts.

• Streamline deployment, quality assurance, support, and documentation through established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks, and make swift corrections.

• Utilize automation tools for consistent and reliable operations.

• Maintain dashboards and provide concise, data-driven reports to stakeholders.

• Design and implement A/B tests to validate enhancements.

• Coordinate release strategies, manage bug triage, and ensure operating system compatibility.

• Support monetization strategies and investigate opportunities for retention and acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or product management (experience with apps is a plus).

• A bachelor’s degree in business or management is preferred.

• Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of German or Russian is an advantage.
