App Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Assume responsibility for company operations and achieve dependable, measurable outcomes.

• Develop and refine processes to guarantee efficient business operations.

• Structure daily workflows and remove obstacles to enhance productivity.

• Lead initiatives across feature development and marketing efforts.

• Supervise freelancers, setting clear expectations and ensuring quality deliverables.

• Manage Support operations, maintaining consistent standards throughout.

• Perform regular quality audits and implement necessary improvements.

• Ensure adherence to legal and data protection regulations.

• Own the product roadmap and foster transparency across various teams.

• Analyze market data and competitor activities for actionable insights.

• Drive backlog planning, prioritize tasks, and manage feature rollouts.

• Optimize deployment, QA, support, and documentation processes.

• Track operational KPIs and make swift adjustments as needed.

• Utilize automation tools to ensure dependable operations.

• Maintain dashboards and deliver data-driven reports to stakeholders.

• Design and implement A/B tests for continual enhancements.

• Coordinate release strategies and confirm OS compatibility.

• Support monetization initiatives and seek out new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or product management (experience with apps is a plus).

• Ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in business or management.

• Strong command of English—knowledge of German or Russian is advantageous.

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and results-driven in your approach.
