APP NP/PA Primary Care Virtualist, Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct video-based virtual consultations to address a wide variety of patient needs.

• Provide urgent and acute care services.

• Facilitate behavioral health consultations and follow-up visits.

• Oversee the management of chronic conditions.

• Perform annual wellness check-ups and comprehensive examinations.

• Deliver transitional care management services.

• Record patient care activities in the Epic EHR system.

• Offer virtual healthcare services across diverse practices and geographical areas.

• Select shifts and maintain additional availability according to departmental requirements and provider schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified and tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

• Master’s Degree (MSN/DNP or PA Program).

• Valid NP or PA license in Massachusetts.

• Current DEA and MCSR registrations.

• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

• Commitment to a minimum of two (2) shifts per month, including one evening shift or one weekend shift.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care (preferred).

• Previous telemedicine experience (preferred).

• Familiarity with Epic EHR (preferred).
