This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop a growth strategy for our Consumer app - establish the direction to enhance our organic engagement share through increased adoption and usage of the app.
• Effectively communicate this strategy throughout our organization to ensure alignment and amplify your influence.
• Manage the App growth roadmap - identify and prioritize opportunities within our business to boost app adoption, in accordance with your strategy.
• Possess a deep understanding of our users and user experience - cultivate expertise in the Bark marketplace, including our strategy, user journeys, and demographics.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform and steer the growth trajectory.
• Focus on delivery and impact - seek practical solutions while influencing various aspects of our business to execute your plans.
• Clear communication and a well-reasoned rationale will be essential for success.
• Advocate for our App - represent our Consumer app in discussions throughout Bark.
• Proven experience in implementing PLG and growth hacking strategies to achieve significant increases in usage and retention of a Consumer-facing mobile app.
• Background in formulating growth strategies and effectively conveying them across an organization.
• Highly effective collaborator, with the ability to influence across teams and functions to achieve results.
• Extremely proficient with data, both qualitative and quantitative, to extract insights that guide decision-making and prioritization.
• A demonstrated self-starter capable of launching ideas and generating momentum around them.
• Experience with Marketplace products and their inherent complexities is a plus.
