
App Attribution & Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of and enhance the app attribution and tracking architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues throughout the entire funnel:
• - Click → Install → Event → Revenue
• Ensure data remains clean and consistent across:
• - Mobile Measurement Partners (ideally AppsFlyer)
• - Advertising Networks (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, programmatic, etc.)
• - Data Warehouses (BigQuery / Databricks)
• - Product and analytics layers (e.g., Firebase)
• Design and verify:
• - Postbacks (Server-to-Server)
• - Event mappings
• - Attribution logic and windows
• Work on Web2App (W2A) flows:
• - Capture parameters on landing pages
• - Ensure accurate stitching into app attribution
• Configure and manage deep linking / OneLink setups:
• - Parameter passing
• - Click ID logic
• - Deferred deep linking
• Collaborate closely with User Acquisition (UA), Product, and Engineering teams:
• - Validate SDK implementations
• - Ensure correct triggering of events
• - Identify and propose solutions when issues arise
• Manage subscription and monetization data:
• - Integrate with platforms such as RevenueCat and Adapty
• - Handle webhook and Server-to-Server data flows into the warehouse
• Support UA Managers by ensuring:
• - The data they optimize is reliable
• - Campaign signals (events, revenue) are implemented correctly
• Over 5 years of practical experience in Paid User Acquisition for mobile applications.
• In-depth knowledge of: Search & App Campaigns
• Google App Campaigns (UAC)
• Apple Ads
• Meta Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Programmatic advertising
• AppLovin
• Unity Ads
• Moloco, Liftoff, Mintegral, and similar platforms
• Pinterest Ads
• Affiliate campaigns for applications
• Strong experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (ideally AppsFlyer)
• Solid understanding of:
• - SKAN and probabilistic attribution
• - CTA vs VTA
• - Incrementality and attribution trade-offs
• Familiarity with the differences between IDFA and IDFV.
• Comfortable troubleshooting:
• - Missing installs or events
• - Broken postbacks
• - Data inconsistencies
• Capable of:
• - Validating data in BigQuery or similar platforms
• - Tracing attribution issues across systems
• - Understanding how identifiers flow through the stack.
• Proficient SQL skills (BigQuery / Databricks or similar)
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform:
• - BigQuery
• - Cloud Functions
• - Firestore / Cloud Storage
• Familiarity with subscription platforms like:
• - RevenueCat
• - Adapty
• Understanding of how experiments influence tracking and attribution.
• Work on a diverse portfolio of applications, rather than just one.
• Serve as the link between User Acquisition and Technology (MarTech layer).
• Take charge of and shape the foundations of measurement and attribution.
