
API Sales Development Representative – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct outbound prospecting efforts by reaching out to potential clients through phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various other channels.
• Identify new leads through innovative internet research and social media engagement, utilizing LinkedIn Navigator and additional sales tools.
• Assess customers based on a comprehensive understanding of the Vonage Video API product.
• Maintain thorough and accurate notes in our CRM system.
• Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Healthcare Focused Account Managers.
• Collaborate with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to enhance overall performance.
• Meet monthly goals for the number of qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
• Create and sustain a territory plan in conjunction with Account Managers from your designated area.
• Possess a robust working knowledge of Vonage’s API product suites.
• Assist in Vonage API marketing initiatives by participating in online and other marketing campaigns.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development or Lead Generation, and/or sales in B2B environments, particularly within the software sector.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at a professional standard.
• Extensive experience in cold calling and crafting personalized emails.
• Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to drive results independently without close supervision.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools such as Gong Engage and Outreach, along with experience using zoominfo, Gen AI Tools, and 6sense.
• Proven outbound experience targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise companies.
• Background in targeting the healthcare sector.
• Fully remote work opportunity based in Mexico.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico is required.
