
API Sales Development Representative – Enterprise, Key Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct outbound prospecting initiatives and reach out to potential clients via phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other communication channels.
• Identify new leads through innovative internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, utilizing LinkedIn Navigator and various sales tools.
• Assess customers based on a comprehensive understanding of Vonage API platform products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes within our CRM system.
• Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Enterprise Account Managers.
• Work in collaboration with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to enhance performance.
• Meet monthly targets for the number of qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
• Create and sustain a territory plan in conjunction with Enterprise Account Managers for your designated geography.
• Possess extensive product knowledge of Vonage’s API product suites.
• Assist Vonage API marketing efforts by contributing to online and other marketing campaigns.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development/Lead generation or sales in B2B settings, particularly within the software industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at a professional level.
• Strong experience in cold calling and crafting personalized emails.
• Self-motivated and well-organized, capable of driving results independently without close supervision.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement tools (such as Gong Engage and Outreach), ZoomInfo, Gen AI Tools, and 6sense.
• Experience in outbound sales targeting Enterprise/Key Accounts (1K+ Employees).
• Background in CPaaS, Telecommunications, or multi-product suites.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to maximize meaningful interactions with prospects daily.
