Apheresis Ops Account Manager – Central Region, MN, WI, MI, IA, OH, KY, IL, IN, MO, OK, KS, AR, NE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee Dendreon’s vendor apheresis collection accounts from the selection of sites through ongoing business management within the assigned region.

• Establish and nurture working relationships with apheresis collection accounts and internal business partners to effectively fulfill responsibilities.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure that apheresis collection vendors satisfy business requirements, successfully complete all onboarding activities, and are ready to conduct collections for Dendreon within the necessary timelines.

• Coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders to review and implement contract renewals and amendments.

• Create and implement strategies to monitor and enhance vendor performance.

• Contribute Quality support by engaging in deviation/change management activities and conducting impact/investigation assessments with assigned apheresis collection accounts.

• Assess apheresis account capacity and negotiate with account leadership to adjust collection capacity as instructed.

• Organize training workshops for apheresis collection accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or life sciences.

• Two to four years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or other relevant healthcare settings.

• Preferred experience in vendor management.

• Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic team environment.

• Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record in a customer-facing role.

• Capacity to build effective relationships within the organization and with external partners, from technical/clinical personnel to executives.

• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of Apheresis and/or Good Tissue Practices is a plus.
